Fry a diced onion in about five slices of diced bacon wtih a few cloves of minced garlic. Add 5-6 cups chicken broth. Bring to boil and add 6 cubed potatoes. When they are tender, mash most of them up in the broth to thicken the soup, then add 1/2 can condensed milk and 1 cup velveeta. Salt, pepper, a dash of cayenne.
I served it with grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough. I heard angels singing!
